When will my order ship?
We aim to have all ordered processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please allow a few extra days between holiday periods and public holidays.

What if my order arrives broken or faulty?
ARCHPET APPAREL Check all orders before they are processed, We will do our very best to make sure your order does not arrive broken or faulty however if you do receive your order with any issues please contact us the same day your order arrives on archpetapparel@outlook.com

It is best to hand wash your harness however you can use a washing machine safe bag and complete a regular wash.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that contains a link to track your package, if the shipping method chosen includes tracking. Please allow a few days for the link to display any information.

I didn't receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
Our email order confirmations are always automatically sent as soon as you complete checkout. If you didn't receive the order confirmation email in your inbox, we would recommend checking your promotions/spam/junk folders. If it is still nowhere to be found, please contact us at archpetapparel@outlook.com

I accidentally entered in the wrong shipping information on my order. Can you fix it?
Once an order is processed, we are unable to change any details surrounding the purchase, such as the shipping address, payment information and order details. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order. If you make an error, please contact us asap via our contact Us Page or email us at archpetapparel@outlook.com and we will do our best to make the change if the order has not yet been processed.
